Duncan was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2012. His vast experience in handling matters in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court, subordinate courts and specialized dispute resolution tribunals ranging from Co-operatives, Political parties and Arbitration with a bias towards Construction disputes. This experience is drawn out from constantly advising and representing clients in the fora above on commercial and employment and labour relation disputes, environmental and conservation law disputes, intellectual property disputes, land disputes, company law among others.
